Another one of Akshay Kumar’s masterpieces, this 90’s film shows Shilpa Shetty getting forcefully married to Ram (Akshay Kumar) even though she is in love with Dev. After going through many trials and tribulations, Ram and Anjali finally find marital bliss when their lives are threatened by Dev’s presence, who comes back to win Anjali. 3. Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana:

Starring the handsome Rajkummar Rao and the utterly gorgeous Kriti Kharbanda, this cute love story is of two star-crossed lovers coming together after a few years. However, their story starts with an arranged marriage. When the arranged marriage is broken, they meet again, Kriti now a high ranking IAS officer and Rajkummar Rao as a PAS officer. 4. Badrinath Ki Dulhania:

This is not your typical arranged marriage movie. The lead couple stars Varun Dhawan as Badri and Alia Bhatt as Vaidehi. Badri falls in love with Vaidehi at his friend’s wedding and arranges for his family to ask for Vaidehi’s hand in marriage for Badri. The story follows Badri and Vaidehi over Jhansi and then Singapore as the story ends with them getting married at the end. Ayushmann Khurana stars in this movie alongside Bhumi Pednekar, who was in her debut film.
